Strawberry Full Moon Wine Dinner - June 14, Friday

Pippin Hill certified horticulturalist, Diane Burns, has proof that good things come in small packages. Consider her potent, petite Mara des Bois strawberriesripe morsels of candy-like flavor. Besides their visual appeal and mouthwatering sweetness, the Mara des Bois produces fruit from early June until the first frost, which means berries star on Chef Ian's tasting menu all summer long. Strawberries will be featured in every course. In addition to berries, Chef Ian Rynecki and his culinary team will be showcasing our produce from our Kitchen Garden, and winemaker Michael Shaps will pair these with his selections and present each wine.
