In this class, Chef Ian Rynecki demystifies cooking with a sous vide. You'll learn the basics to circulator cooking while becoming familiar with the machine. Then learn how to perfect sous-vide cooking and youll find sous vide makes cooking easier, elevating your kitchen skills and eliminating the guesswork. Following the hands-on cooking demonstration, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner.
