In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the Chef's secret to making no-fail ricotta gnocchi that is fun and delicious for fall. You'll learn how to dress it up or down with two different sauces:: an oyster mushroom creme frache and a simple Italian salsa verde. The class comes with a meal and two glasses of wine.
