Charlottesville Symphony: Mozart and Brahms - September 28 & 29, Saturday & Sunday
Charlottesville Symphony / UVA McIntire Department of Music.
The Charlottesville Symphony at the University of Virginia presents the first concert of its 45th season with concerts on Saturday, September 28, 8:00pm, at Old Cabell Hall on the Grounds of the University of Virginia and Sunday, September 29, 3:30pm, at Charlottesville High Schools Martin Luther King, Jr. Performing Arts Center. Benjamin Rous conducts the orchestra in Mozart's Symphony No. 32, K. 318; Roustom's Ramal; Brahms' Piano concerto No. 2 in B-flat Major, Op. 83. Pianist Albert Kim joins the orchestra for Brahms' piano concerto No.2. Old Cabell Hall Saturday & Martin Luther King Jr. Performing Arts Center Sunday.  8pm Saturday, 3:30pm Sunday.  $10-$45 for adults (UVA Students can reserve 1 Free ticket).  Reservations are required.  For details, please click this link.  For more info call: 434-924-3376.
