Wine & Country Food and Wine Pairing Course - October 28, Sunday; October 30, November 13 & December 4, Tuesdays
Partake in a decadent, four-part educational series featuring food- and wine-focused classes. Learn about grape growing and winemaking at Afton Mountain Vineyards with Damien Blanchon, then take a seat in the private Library Room of Braisserie Saison to drink up the knowledge of Sommelier Will Curley. The course is limited to 16 participants only, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Ages 21-plus welcome.
