Intro to Curing, Smoking and Wood Oven Cookery - December 9, Saturday

This class will cover basic knife skills, protein processing, and traditional methods used to preserve meat. We will cook with wood, make sausage, cure and smoke, all in a hands-on setting using locally raised products. Limit 8.
