Bold Rock Hard Cider is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, utilizing locally harvested apples to craft their award winning hard cider. Splendora’s Gelato Café is a locally owned and operated gelateria and dessert cafe specializing in authentic, artisanal Italian gelato, Italian espresso drinks, and dessert specialties. Splendora’s Gelato Café maintains a growing book of gelato recipes that includes traditional Italian favorites like Pistachio and Hazelnut, American-style flavors like Cookies and Cream, and seasonal specialties like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Stick. Splendora’s offers between 24-36 gelato flavors every day, including many dairy-free* sorbettos.
Tavern on the James
Open 7 days a week, serving lunch and dinner (hours vary). Patio dining for up to 40 guests; dining room features lower level and upper level dining for up to 80 guests; bar area can accommodate 75 guests; upper level banquet hall can accommodate up to 80 and a pleasant sunroom for 10-15 people. Our menu features American cuisine with appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and daily and nightly specials. Our bar is a full-service bar and features 7 large screen televisions. Ample parking and are located within walking distance of many other shops and most notably the James River.

Zazus first opened for business in the Spring of 1998. The world was a much different place then, but one thing has stayed the same. UVA, Charlottesville and Albemarle County love a fresh, delicious and healthy meal at Zazus. We are located in the Townside Shopping Center on Ivy Road. Zazus is the first business you see when you pull in. Look for the big "Z" and fun café-style outdoor seating and you can't miss us. Serving breakfast and lunch with take-out and delivery daily. We also offer a selection of homemade soups, smoothies and desserts and are available for catering.
